Tonight I gave a talk to the Fort Woth .NET User Group. It went well despite somo of the “hiccups” with the demo....here are the sides. You can get the demo code from Nikhil's website. (http://www.nikhilk.net/Entry.aspx?id=104).

Enjoy!

I have a cube!

True, this isn’t that big of a deal for too many people, but for the last 6 weeks or so, I have been a “mobile” employee at Microsoft. Which basically means that when I am in the office, I can grab one of 3 or 4 “Progressive” offices to use while I am there. The nice part is that they have doors. ;) The down side is that when I am done for that trip, I have to pick up all of my stuff and take it with me. This week I received my very own personal place in the office. I have a cube. It is my cube, and no one else’s. I have the keys to the drawers and I can write stuff on the white board with out fear that it Will be erased. I can leave my books on the shelf, and not have to bring them back and forth with me. I am happy. I am also aware that, apparently, it doesn’t take much to make me happy.
